Greece's PM i.e. 'How To Sell Out One's Nation'

I didn't want to write anymore on Greece and its constant soap opera-like twists and turns as its government does all it can to appease the EU and IMF while pretending to take a stand but I found this piece of  news care of the Telegraph UK too interesting to pass on sharing..

It all started with a report by the Telegraph's Ambrose Evans-Pritchard that Greece was contemplating a parallel currency and potentially nationalizing Greek banks over last weekend.

The plan under consideration but not carried out was to issue parallel liquidity and California-style IOU's, in an electronic form.
Then came today another surprising twist revealed by the Telegraph's Evans-Pritchard...

It seems that the Greek prime minister who decisively and unexpectedly pushed for a referendum on the last weekend of June, "never expected to win Sunday's referendum on EMU bail-out terms, let alone to preside over a blazing national revolt against foreign control."

The bastard Prime Minister Tsipras "called the snap vote with the expectation - and intention - of losing it."

Can you believe That?!!
Also according to the Telegraph, "the plan was to put up a good fight, accept honorable defeat, and hand over the keys of the Maximos Mansion, leaving it to others to implement the June 25th "ultimatum" and suffer the opprobrium."

This ultimatum to have a referendum came as shock to the Greek cabinet. They thought they were on the cusp of a deal, bad though it was.

Mr Tsipras, a sellout to his people like many Greek leaders before him, had already made the decision to acquiesce to austerity demands and had seriously misjudged the mood across the Eurozone which is what happens if you threaten default five years too late...
So what happened was, "Syriza (party) called the referendum. To their consternation, they won, igniting the great Greek revolt of 2015, the moment when the people finally issued a primal scream, daubed their war paint, and formed the hoplite phalanx."

Suddenly the stakes are even higher for Tsipras, who is now trapped by his success.

According to a Syriza MP, "the referendum has its own dynamic. People will revolt if he comes back from Brussels with a shoddy compromise."

This has been the Greek leadership M.O, regardless of who is in charge -- they come home with "compromise" deals that continue to sell their nation and its people down the river just to play for more time..
It really is amazing how cowardly and corrupt government leaders are, not just at home but abroad as well..

Time and time again, people keep getting duped by promises and hope and outright lies then get fucked over by their elected leadership who do not possess the stomach or balls to do what is necessary for the well being of their nation

Everyone thinks they're poker players at a big table with the skill to bluff one another no matter how weak the cards held

This goes for the corrupt EU as well..
The entire leadership of the eurozone warned before the referendum that a 'No' vote would lead to ejection from the euro, never supposing that they might have to face exactly this.

Jean-Claude Juncker, the European Commission's chief, had to make light of his retreat. “We have to put our little egos, in my case a very large ego, away, and deal with situation we face,” he said.

Ha Ha Haw Haw..
France's prime minister Manuel Valls said Grexit and the rupture of monetary union must be prevented as the highest strategic imperative. "We cannot let Greece leave the Eurozone. Nobody can say today what the political consequences would be, what would be the reaction of the Greek people," he said.

Well if Greece is not allowed to leave then forgive their debt and/or increase their loans to pay their creditors and stay solvent!

No one has the guts to say what they mean and mean what they say!

And so this endless BS of a soap opera keeps going on and on..

I have written on this what feels like a million times.. Greece must default and Now.. Not even a warning.. Just do it!

The EU and American led IMF and ECB banks must be Punished for this endless 'who will blink first' game they've played with Greece
The Grecian people are on board.. The loudly and proudly middle-fingered the EU and its cabal of debt collectors

If only their quisling {a person in leadership who conspires with their enemy] government who opened channels to debt renegotiation the moment the 61% NO! vote was passed weren't so keen to continue to sell their people out for time and protection of legacy..
