The Rottenness of Magazines, Manipulation and (New) Muppets

~ Kermit & Ms Piggy watching an NBA game where no frogs, pigs or Caucasians are actually playing

Over the Thanksgiving weekend I decided to treat myself to a little Black Friday shopping online by taking advantage of a one-day only promotion with 'Texture' which used to be 'Next Issue' to subscribe to the tablet device magazine service for $10 for 3 months.

The deal it itself was great and nothing but positives for 'Texture' - it is an excellent way to have access to over 120+ magazines at a very reasonable price..

Problem is that I keep forgetting how absolutely Shitty magazines are in the present vs just a mere decade or so ago..
I forgot how so many magazines were niche..  For hikers or biker or surfers or runners or skiers..

I forgot that there were dozens of magazines out there which are nothing more than recipe booklets competing with each other to offer the best way to make 'healthy' soups, salads, salmon and concoctions..

So much light, breezy, harmless, inconsequential fare..

And I forgot how absolutely degrading and demeaning women's magazines are toward its target readership audience i.e. women; how they treat females like utter clueless imbeciles who need terms like 'feminism' and 'empowerment' defined to them by vapid airhead cunt actresses and 'supermodels'
Its not just the content themselves which talks down to women - "How to please your man in bed", "How to keep your man from straying.." "How to look your best for him"...

The cover captions are rotten as ever..

Let's take Vogue (though I could pick any magazine)..  The December 2015 issue has nude-selfie whore Jennifer Lawrence with the caption "Laying down the law: Jennifer Lawrence on Bold Choices, Fair Pay and Getting a Date"

Are you fucking kidding me?

The only thing this bitch is "laying" is her body on a bed to take another selfie or for any man who will give her a good script!
And as for 'fair pay', with very very few exceptions, it is the truth that women in Hollywood do not deserve equal pay because unlike Denzel or DiCaprio, they do not possess built-in audiences that flock to pay $10-$15 to see their films.

The 'Hunger Games' series is not a financial cash cow because Lawrence is in it..   People are going to see the 'Games' films and Lawrence just happens to be in it.   There's a difference.

If Lawrence has such drawing power to demand equal pay, how come her movie 'Serena' was delayed release for 2 years then went straight to Netflix instead of movie theaters?

A previous cover from Sept 2013 called this fame-hungry woman who needs to be a Star like you and I need oxygen,  'gifted, unguarded and gorgeous'..

How about 'G' for Gawd!
Why not just go all the way and write 'descended from the heavens to bless our sad, miserable peon lives with her talent'..     Too many words for one cover, I suppose

Its no accident of course...

Vanity Fair was going to write an article about a year ago that painted Gwyneth Paltrow in an unfavorable light (mainly as a whore who broke up not only her marriage but the people she slept with)

So Paltrow sent an open email to all her acting friends and those in the business to boycott Vanity Fair and any publication attached to its parent company Hearst Publications.

And needing the access of these shit celebrities, Vanity Fair backed down and never published the article
Vogue is also very repetitive when describing the worthless nothing actresses and models which adorn its covers..  Twice in a span of over a year it refers to Cara Delevingne (no, I've no clue who she is either) as a 'Rebel' and both Rihanna and Taylor Swift were called 'Unstoppable'

Here's something that will Stop both them and all female singers..  It's called 'age'

These actresses feel so strong and empowered..   Ha!  Fuck them..

Truth is, with very few exceptions, they're not really actresses in the sense of advancing the profession.  They are merely tools that corporations use to push consumption upon the masses..
They can sell clothing, jewelry, perfume, cola, crackers and condiments and condoms but in terms of actual acting, are as replaceable and interchangeable as AA batteries

The genuinely good actresses never appear on these magazines.. They're too busy working and honing in on their craft; they do not want to be 'stars'.. They look at what they do as art, not commerce..

But the absolute worst magazine out there for both genders is called 'Adweek'..  The magazine for the soulless.. Advertisers and those who work in ad agencies..
Gloss over that magazine for 5-10 minutes and you will really see your overall value in the grand scheme of life..

Nothing more than a 'thing' to be targeted and manipulated so you watch and listen to content so to best compartmentalize each person by age, race, ethic and economic demographic so advertisers can get the biggest bang for their buck..

I was reading an story from September about how ABC took the Muppet Show and decided to shit on a classic show by injecting sexual and drug humor while pushing multiculturalism and other liberal non-ethical values upon a new generation of kids

Adweek unlike most other magazines is always proudly front and center in how everything is molded and manipulated to sell product or it has no useful purpose
"More than any other new series, The Muppets offer advertisers a willing partner.  In 2014, the characters appeared in ads for Subway, Toyota, and Lipton leading up to (the film) Muppets Most Wanted.

Kermit and Miss Piggy were featured in an Audi Integration during a promo for the Primetime Emmy Awards and the new series will feature a season-long integration with Chevy Volt"

Just hawk and peddle and peddle and hawk..

And of course these son-of-a-bitches think as long as the product placements and using muppet-puppets connected to people's childhood to hawk goods use humor and self-deprecation, it makes the medicine more palpable for audiences to 'swallow'

But that's really all life is about nowadays isn't it?
Do everything one can to get 'famous' even without an ounce of talent or ability like reality TV stars or Kim Kardashian (who's claim to fame was taking a black cock inside her while videotaping it for public consumption as she pretended it was 'stolen' and released without consent) then be available to sell everything imaginable as long as the check received clears into the bank account..

Kinda unfair that Charlie Sheen is HIV+ infected and not any of the Kardashians or Jenners (including Bruce)  At least Charlie has acting talent..  What do the others have besides a proclivity to take in black seed?

But I digress..

Some things have changed in 100 years like fashion, what passes as entertainment, people at one time accepting their social/racial heretical status..

What hasn't seemed to change is how the masses are treated as valueless entities to manipulate for a System's grand design

In 1915 it was selling the world through nationalism this notion of supporting a World War that did not need to be fought and passively accepting battles where hundreds of thousands of lives would be lost in mere days as the trench stalemate went on and on..

In 2015, it is selling people shit they do not need with money they do not readily have while playing on people's emotions and insecurities so they desperately try to look young, thin, attractive and/or cool

And if they can't sell to you and make money off you, you're worthless in the world of corporations and consumption

This is why Senior Citizens are deemed disposable commodities..
Statistics have shown that for most people, brand loyalty has been firmly entrenched in people by their early to mid 30s and by the time someone is in their late 50s-early 60s and become empty-nesters (the kids move out), what a person shops/spends money on drops considerably

So other than drugs for heart murmurs or the need to get an erect penis, elderly are never targeted in ads..  Its a waste of time to Madison Avenue..

So many magazines out there targeting so many splinter groups..
Still patiently waiting for a magazine that defends social conservative morals and ethics (for example saying that Transgenderism is Not 'cool' & Hollywood is devoid of values) without it being religious and preachy

Who knows.. Maybe I will need to create it..

Like the life lesson I was taught which motivated the birth of 'A&G' 51 months ago.. If you find your thoughts and opinions are not represented by the media that is out there, don't whine about it..

Simply create your own...

Latest Iowa Poll Numbers for GOP Candidates

The most recent polling numbers in Iowa for the Republican nominee candidates came out and we thought it would be as good an opportunity to make some comments on each candidate

We'll start with Donald Trump who is in the lead with 30%

We were starting to worry about the Donald, especially after he went on enemy turf to appear on Saturday Night Live, the most overly liberal biased show on all of television..

That show does not mind hiring token blacks but god-forbid it ever hires a token conservative writer or two to scour and degrade Democrat values like they historically go after Republicans with full claws..
Anyways, Trump did two things this week which we liked..

1)   He stated would not be opposed to, a) keeping a national database of Muslims, and b) requiring Muslim Americans to carry ID cards.

Sorry folks but the US has been involved in an ongoing War on Muslim Terror for over 14 years with absolutely no end in sight and as we've written ad nauseum, 100% of all attacks that would be defined as 'terrorist' since 1995 have been perpetrated by those of that belief system.

If/when ISIS or some other entity starts going after US soft targets like in Paris, expect ultimately that to take place (even if a Democrat is in office)   Protecting the lives of everyday American citizens ultimately 'trumps' academic arguments of constitutionality
2)  Unlike the cowardly Bernie Sanders who a few months ago allowed one of his political speeches to be hijacked by two black water buffalo women shouting 'black lives matter'. Trump was more defiant..

He told the fat black disruptor "Get out of here!" and then as police escorted the troublemaker, Trump while unfazed proceeded to taunt the guy  before launching into a story about a "seriously obese" man who disrupted a previous rally.

PS:  Black lives do NOT matter any more than Caucasian, Hispanic or Asian lives.. Never have.. Never will..
In second place in the poll is Ted Cruz at 21%..

Admittedly we know next to nothing on the man..  Actually had to Wikipedia the guy to have something to write..

It says he's a junior Senator from Texas but was born in Canada..  Calgary no less (Go Flames!)

Hmm, I didn't know non-US born individuals could become President..  Well at least he was born in the same continent..

Gotta say we agree with many of his positions/stands..  Certainly not all but, especially on foreign policy, opposing gun control and being against marijuana, we're in agreement..
~ And we thought Hillary was a deeply ugly woman...  Yikes!

In third place is Ben Carson with 19%

We like him as well but admittedly it did seem a bit weird how determined he was to prove to voters he stabbed someone in the 4th grade and was once a 'bad' kid...

Usually one doesn't go so out of their way as a political candidate to shine a light on their own closet skeletons .. It's either admirable or highly fucked up..
~ Rubio's wife is a former Miami Dolphins cheerleader so that's a plus..

In fourth place in the current Iowa poll is Marco Rubio with 11%

Personally, we think he'd make a very good VP selection but just don't feel the President nominee vibe about him..

He's actually the same age as Cruz (44 yrs old) and both men are of Cuban descent..  The biggest difference in the two being that Cruz is Protestant and Rubio is Catholic

It says in Wikipedia, "As part of the bipartisan "Gang of Eight" in the Senate, Rubio co-authored the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act of 2013 to give illegal immigrants a pathway to legal status"

Big No-No..  He also supports among other things involvement in Syria, the NSA and less regulations for big business..  Ugh..
~ 'Stuck between a rock (George W) and a hard ass (McCain)'

In 5th place with 5% is Jeb Bush..

We'll try to put aside the fact that anyone who was or currently is a governor of a southern state who takes down the Confederate flag is a piece of shit

Its obvious in his body language and what he doesn't say that he really does not want to be running and would be more than happy to bow out after losses in Iowa and New Hampshire

Maybe if his name was anything but Bush, he'd be polling better but then again if his name was anything but, he wouldn't have that powerful political and financial apparatus behind him from the beginning either
~ The Nancy Pelosi of the GOP.. Both deeply ugly and scary as hell..

In 6th is Carly Fiorina at 4%..

The only thing I know about her is while head of Hewlett Packard, she obtained then systematically destroyed the Compaq brand, caused a lot of turbulence as CEO and when forced out was given a golden parachute worth over $20 million in cash and stock options as a 'reward' for being incompetent

Oh yes, she was also economic advisor to that rotten old cadaver John McCain back in 2008 when he unsuccessfully run

All the other dozen or candidates don't matter until they start polling better..

Just 354 days before Presidential Election folks..  Until then, enjoy this week and Turkey Time~

How Islamic Extremism was Born

Because of Thanksgiving this Thursday, this will be a short week posting-wise and overall we'll do our best to keep things a bit light and happy but today's posting is more the serious, knowledge based post you're accustomed to reading here..

Question:  Where did violent Islamic Extremism come from?

Yes the Muslims have always been a violent people historically and their Quran celebrates the hurting/killing of Jews and Christians in many passages.
But as for its modern late 20th-early 21st century existence, where are its origins?

Where did militant Salafi groups like ISIS and al-Qaida come from?

The answer is really not that complicated if you understand history, so to show the seeds of origin, we must delve into the history of the Cold War which is really just a few decades.
Above is a photo of an article published in the British newspaper the Independent in 1993.. It features a large photo of Osama bin Laden, who, at the time, was a close Western ally.

The newspaper noted that bin Laden organized a militia of thousands of foreign fighters from throughout the Middle East and North Africa, and “supported them with weapons and his own construction equipment” in their fight against the USSR in the 1980s.

“We beat the Soviet Union,” bin Laden boasted.

The mujahedin, this international Islamic extremist militia organized and headed by bin Laden, is what eventually morphed into both al-Qaida and the Taliban.
Portraying bin Laden in a positive light, less than eight years before he would help mastermind the largest terrorist attack on American soil in decades, the British publication claimed that the “Saudi businessman who recruited mujahedin now uses them for large-scale building projects in Sudan.”

In reality, bin Laden was setting the stages for what would be become al-Qaida.

In Greek mythology, Cassandra was blessed with the power of prophecy, but cursed in that no one would ever heed her warnings.

Eqbal Ahmad, the late political scientist, historian and expert in the study of terrorism, was a modern-day Cassandra.   In a speech at the University of Colorado, Boulder in October 1998, Ahmad warned that the U.S. policy in Afghanistan would backfire:
“In Islamic history,  jihad as an international violent phenomenon had disappeared in the last 400 years, for all practical purposes.   It was revived suddenly with American help in the 1980s..

When the Soviet Union intervened in Afghanistan, Zia ul-Haq, the [U.S.-backed] military dictator of Pakistan, which borders on Afghanistan, saw an opportunity and launched a jihad there against godless communism.

The U.S. saw a God-sent opportunity to mobilize one billion Muslims against what Reagan called the ‘Evil Empire.’

Money started pouring in. CIA agents starting going all over the Muslim world recruiting people to fight in the great jihad. Bin Laden was one of the early prize recruits.
He was not only an Arab. He was also a Saudi. He was not only a Saudi. He was also a multimillionaire, willing to put his own money into the matter. Bin Laden went around recruiting people for the jihad against communism...

He (Bin Laden) turns at a particular moment. In 1990, the U.S. goes into Saudi Arabia with forces. Saudi Arabia is the holy place of Muslims, Mecca, and Medina. There had never been foreign troops there.

In 1990, during the Gulf War, they went in, in the name of helping Saudi Arabia defeat Saddam Hussein.  Osama Bin Laden remained quiet.

Saddam was defeated, but the American troops stayed on in the land of the Ka’aba [the most sacred site of Islam, in Mecca], foreign troops.

He (Bin Laden) wrote letter after letter saying, ‘Why are you here? Get out! You came to help but you have stayed on.’

Finally he started a jihad against the other occupiers. His mission is to get American troops out of Saudi Arabia. His earlier mission was to get Russian troops out of Afghanistan."

America had broken its word Bin Laden felt; he felt personally betrayed
Let's move onto Afghanistan now for a moment..

In the 1950s and ’60s, Afghanistan was a somewhat secular country in which women were granted relatively equal rights. What turned Afghanistan into the hotbed for extremism it is today?

Answer:  Decades of Western meddling.

Throughout the 1980s, the U.S. government supported and armed bin Laden and his mujahedin in Afghanistan, in their fight against the Soviet Union.

President Reagan famously met with the mujahedin in the Oval Office in 1983. “To watch the courageous Afghan freedom fighters battle modern arsenals with simple hand-held weapons is an inspiration to those who love freedom,” Reagan declared.
Those “freedom fighters” are the forefathers of ISIS and al-Qaida.

When the last Soviet troops were withdrawn in 1989, the mujahedin did not simply leave; a civil war of sorts followed, with various Islamist militant groups fighting for control in the power vacuum.

The Taliban came out on top, and established a medieval theocratic regime to replace the former “godless” socialist government.

In the 1970s and ’80s, Western capitalist governments, particularly the U.S., came up with a new Cold War strategy to fight the Soviets: supporting fringe Islamic extremist groups as a bulwark against socialism.
The U.S. was by no means the only one to pursue such a strategy. Echoing the U.S. policy in Afghanistan, Israel in fact supported Hamas — now its sworn arch-enemy — when the Islamist group was first forming in the 1980s.

Israel backed Hamas’ militant founder Sheikh Ahmed Yassin in order to undermine the secular socialist resistance of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO).

“Hamas, to my great regret, is Israel’s creation,” a former Israeli government official told the Wall Street Journal in a 2009 article titled “How Israel Helped to Spawn Hamas.”
This Cold War strategy ended up being successful: After the fall of the USSR, the secular socialist groups that dominated the resistance movements of the Middle East were replaced by Islamic extremists ones that had previously been supported by the West.

Nothing ever just comes about or is created from nothingness..

The evil Muslim terrorists were created from early 90's Reagan/Bush foreign policy of trying to do everything to destroy the Soviet Union so we could convert them ultimately to our economic way of life and our corporations profit off them.

Western imperialism has a tendency to create its own enemies.
Future Sec of Defense under Bush Sr, Donald Rumsfeld shaking Saddam's hand in early 1980's

Up until the 1990 Gulf War, throughout the Iran-Iraq War that consumed the 1980s, the U.S. supported Saddam Hussein — the very same dictator it would violently depose in 2003.

Declassified CIA files show how the U.S. government helped Hussein when he was unleashing chemical weapons on Iranian civilians. The U.K. government allowed Hussein’s regime to create chemical weapons using agents that were sold to Iraq by British corporations.

These Western-provided weapons were also used in Hussein’s campaign of genocide against the Kurds.
So when Bush Jr was speaking in 2003 about Hussein possessing WMD's, it was based on the assumption he still had in possession the chemical weapons We provided him a decade or two prior..

Saddam Hussein was the first Frankenstein’s monster U.S. policy created in Iraq, al-Qaida was the second, and now ISIS is the third.

So understand nothing about this never-ending War on Terror is simple.. Today's enemies were yesterday's allies and today's allies will probably be tomorrow's enemy..

Its just how it works in the global history of politics and war.. Everyone in the West brushes up with and allies itself with Evil for its own nefarious purposes
~ Doesn't Hillary just have the brightest, happy smile next to terrorist Palestinian scumbag Arafat?

How ISIS Funds its Operations & War Lessons from Forrest

Ever wonder how ISIS funds its operations?

Simple.. three little letters..  O.. I.. L

In case you can't see the chart above too clearly, we will explain it..

Right now of all the oil Iraq produces daily, ISIS owns 30,000 barrels of it thanks to seizure

It also has control of 50,000 barrels that Syria produces.
So ISIS then takes those 80,000 barrels which equal 1.52 million gallons of gasoline after converted from crude oil, and sells on the black market for $40/barrel which undercuts legitimate sales by over 50%

This still brings in $3.2 million daily between Syria and Iraq's oil, or $97 million monthly..

This allows ISIS to fund its military and terrorist attacks — and to attract more recruits from around the world, including here in the US

Obama has been slow or unwilling to understand that you have to seriously go after the oil fields in order to inflict economic damage on them

Putin certainly understands..
In the last few days alone, Russia Air Force have destroyed dozens of ISIS oil trucks with the nation destroying over 500 trucks thus far in total..

Why has the US been avoiding attacking the oil fields?

Pentagon officials acknowledged that for more than a year they avoided striking tanker trucks to limit civilian casualties.  As explained, "None of these guys are ISIS. We don’t feel right vaporizing them, so we have been watching ISIS oil flowing around for a year,”

That policy changed finally changed on Nov. 16, three days after the Paris attacks when four U.S. attack planes and two gunships destroyed 116 oil trucks.
So we allowed ISIS to profit off its oil for over a full year because we chose to delineate one Muslim life from another instead of doing what is necessary in the name of a bigger picture

Just another example of a half-assed Syria and ISIS strategy where we are afraid to commit ground troops or do anything to genuinely fight the animals..

Reminds us so much of how Vietnam was fought in the early years when only advisers were present on ground,,,

LBJ thought he could just drop bombs and act like he had the power to determine precisely where they would land..  And the Texas prick was so fearful of civilian casualties - hitting schools, etc that he'd actually instruct his Sec of Defense McNamara not to go at many specific VC targets that would ultimately kill US fighting men..
But that's what happens when peacock politician-civilians who never served in the military are made Commander in Chief simply because they won an election..

To quote General Nathan Bedford Forrest, the greatest cavalry commander in North American history:   "War means fighting and fighting means killing"

Without that simple understanding and genuine commitment to that course of action, no military can ever defeat a more determined foe..  You can not defeat an enemy the way you pick pieces of individual rice from a bowl

That is the lesson of Korea and Vietnam and this War on Terror..
Few to none are committed to doing the necessary things i.e. the messy un-PC things to ensure the terrorists are vanquished and eliminate domestic threats on soft targets

Its called 'Total War'; political considerations are not part of any equation..

Once when Forrest was told that his Confederate forces were surrounded in front and to the rear by Union cavalry, his immediate response was "Then we will charge both ways!' and did so, saving his entire cavalry to fight another day..

Until we have a President either with that Forrest-like mindset or has the guts to choose a man or woman to lead US forces who sees things as clearly, this pseudo 'war' on terror will just go on and on and become one big multi-decade blur..

Giving Some Context to Yesterday's Post i.e.Terror List

We know yesterday's post was pretty long..

Trust us, if we could have had it our way, the list of terror attacks by Muslims upon innocent people would have been zero and thus nothing for you to read..

But 98 incidents in a span of 22 months is A Lot..  And mind you, these all were events the press at least covered to some degree.

Of course admittedly most of these atrocities we either were not aware of or had forgotten

Its all part of the Obama strategy of treating terror as a normal part of every day life like witnessing a car accident, and even when a 9/11-sized event were to occur, to treat it as if it was nothing and everyone just move along
There are many Democrats who right or wrong, felt Bush over-hyped and over-played 9/11 where the tragedy was used as an excuse for dramatically changing the nation i.e. invasion of Iraq, Patriot Act, etc.. so no way was the current regime in office going to do that..

The rise of terror among the Islamic animals has increased rather dramatically from the 1980s to the present..

Back in the 80's, the number of incidents was 15 and the names of some the events still resonate in peoples' minds, especially those who are in their 30s and older..

--  US Embassy Bombing of Beirut in 1983.. 307 American soldiers dead, 75 injured

--  Lockerbie Bombing in Scotland - 1988..  270 dead
In the 1990's, the number of terror-murder incidents increased to a total of 31..

We couldn't even begin to count the complete list from 2000 to the present but as we said, 88 incidents from January, 2014 to this moment..

Some may argue by declaring a war on terror after 9/11, all we did is exacerbate the situation and increase the number of incidents and fatalities'

Others could equally argue that when you take the 12 terror attacks from 2000 up to September 11th and add to it the 46 previous, that took 58 unjustified global attacks on innocents for the US and world to finally wake up to a problem that wasn't going away..

Just depends on one's politics we suppose..
We do know today all the news of war and killing and bombs and self-detonation just blend together like a never ending stock market ticker

Just think how you read yesterday's post..

In the beginning of the list, you probably read every word.. Then you began to skim..  then focus only on the kill/wounded numbers.. Then even that blends into a haze where lives lost forever are just 'stats' and its a quick skip and jump to the very end of the post..

Don't feel bad.. its normal.

The human mind can picture 1 or 2 or 10 of something..  people, donuts..
It can not picture 5,000 specific 'things' at once and it can not retain an on-going tally of that size and scope

The last thing we ever want to see in the US is what's going on in France or other parts of Europe..

Post WWII, the racial and ethnically pristine nations of Europe made the genuinely Stupid decision to allow people of its former colonies to enter in a massive flux and dilute centuries of what was to be French or English or German or Nordic..

And along with that, came the Muslims..  They infiltrated everywhere..  Scotland, Belgium, Sweden..  They didn't just 'settle' like other people of different backgrounds or religions.. They established bases for purposes of coordination
So thanks to socially liberal policies of openness and tolerance and acceptance, Europe is once again a war zone where anyone can be killed by a Muslim monster at any moment

The killers live among the innocent; the wolves among the sheep

And unfortunately in the US it is exactly the same situation --  Years of mass migration of Islamic people into this nation and a current President who would not only bend backward but twist into a pretzel if it meant allowing more potential killers in under the guise of sanctuary

Even more unfortunate is that it doesn't matter who is President next..  Hillary.. Trump..  No one has the guts to do what is truly needed to protect this nation from needless terror on our home soil..
So don't expect any magical fix after 2016.

To change US policy of Muslims, you need to see a dramatic change in US population mindset and sadly that comes about when events that no one wants to see come to fruition with consistency..

Its a horrible Catch-22..  Nothing bad happens again within our borders but we're always to live with the fear of when will the Islamic cult-people strike and try to function as normal as possible

Or there's a lot of terrible things that occur that finally provokes the proper policy, we start rounding them up and in many cases, deporting them back and the PC pieces of garbage are shut up like they were for about a year after 9/11

Neither option is appealing.
Its like with France this week..  Notice they know exactly where to target their military and police forces to bomb training camps and shoot/kill the Muslim scum who planned and participated in last week's tragedy..

Well imagine if they had done this massive sweep of the sewer rats last week at this time last week instead of waiting for the events of Friday the 13th to give them the go-ahead by their government

And of course few to none took bin Laden serious until after 9/11

We at A&G are more pro-active than Presidents and Prime Ministers,. Some policy decisions and delays thereof we will never understand
